comrade, i say this with great respect for anarchists, i dont think idealizing adventurism is the best case for ur tendency. these acts can harm innocent bystanders and scares of ppl who would otherwise be ripe for radicalization. anarchists do many other things at a greater frequency than MLs— mutual aid, food share events for homeless ppl, disrupting environment-destroying projects, cop city protests, etc

edit: i think burning cop cars, courthouses, and FOP buildings is cool, but i dont think we should advocate for socialists to do so and get themselves imprisoned or killed

get some squats in. you gotta do it with weights tho. weights are expensive but u can do some improvisation. a gallon of sand weighs ~12.5 lbs. zip tie 4 sand filled gallon jugs together, and another 4 so you got 50 lbs in each hand (start with 2 depending on where ur at strength-wise). maybe tie a short length of rope around the zip ties to act as handles. wear workout gloves to keep hands soft. eventually a gym membership will be worth it if you want rlly powerful thighs

true, but the main reason for such a short training period is the Ukrainian forces are taking on casualties at a rate that is difficult to replace. even now, as Ukrainian forces advance slowly (100 meters per day) while facing minimal Russian resistance (Russian forces are conducting a withdrawal- ceding ground while harrying the attackers as much as possible), Ukraine casualties are 700 per day. casualties were much worse at the beginning of the conflict. they are taking whatever recruits they can get, teaching them enough to operate military equipment and not kill themselves/friendlies, and throwing them in the meat grinder
