- How much reliant is it on combat and shooting? Starfield for example was too reliant on shooting in my opinion. In fact, space “exploration” and “RPG” felt like afterthoughts.
- Any good mod suggestions? I am not looking for anything too fancy but QoL and bugfix mods are appreciated.
New Vegas was made by Obsidian not Bethesda. But Bethesda used to make good Games until oblivion. I love to play The elder Scrolls 2 Daggerfall and TES 3 Morrowind.

Then how is Fallout 4 made by Bethesda? And why did Obsidian make Outer Worlds?
