    Fun to see all the muscles under tension. You took this picture holding the kettlebell still? Where if it were moving we’d see different muscles activating in the photo too.

      Yep, holding the kettlebell still, mostly because my camera doesnt capture motion very well (maybe time to upgrade). Maybe I should do another one with motion to see which muscles active then.

    That is an excellent study in form, very nice to see a well formed body working.
