    You’d think more than half a century full of precedents would have made Americans suspicious of any military involvement of their country but they just end up watching some revisionist pop history youtuber and do the same song and dance again.

      The fact that they keep falling for this over and over is definitely the most hilarious part. Really shows that they’re not capable of even an iota of critical thinking or self reflection.

      Most Americans genuinely don’t care what happens to the “foreigners”. I don’t think most care what is happening in Ukraine one way or another. They just let the politicians decide for them

      Too much of a pain for them to “Remember the Maine”.

      125 years after the self inflicted incident that sparked the American global empire and yet the modus operandi has barely changed: the same warmongering yellow press, the same fishing for incidents to weaponize, and the same callous use of proxies that are ultimately betrayed.
