One of the games you can download on Android with a Netflix subscription is Into the Breach. I played that game so much while I had a subscription. It plays so well on mobile and I wish I could just pay the devs to own a copy but sadly Netflix is the only way to play it on that platform. I doesn’t quite seem worth resubbing to Netflix for one game.
Same I wish I could just buy a copy of Into the Breach. Hopefully their contract isn’t indefinite and it will happen eventually, but maybe I’m just being optimistic.
Still works over the Internet once it is paired since about 2018’s Remote Play Anywhere. I think you don’t even need to open ports in your router anymore (not super sure about it).
Or you can use a rented PC (like Liquidsky, Paperspace and Shadow) if your home internet has to little upstream like so: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1398383317
Steam really needs to explain it better. I couldn’t find a definite feature or requirements list. The FAQ only mentions that it might work with cellular data:
Can I use the Steam Link app with my cellular network?
Using Remote Play Anywhere with your cellular network may work, depending on the policies of your cellular provider.

I love Into the Breach, I played it for quite a while on my pc. Never thought about it but playing it on your phone makes sense

You can. Its on steam…
I have it on steam; I want it on my phone. Sometimes I game stream it but the controls are a bit clunky that way.
Oh, Steam is on Android now?
Only via Steam Link. It might work even better streaming from your own PC than the Netflix version.
Except for when I’m out of the house
