In a league full of raging assholes who’ve been coddled since elementary school for being good at football, thereby allowing them to avoid consequences at an absurd rate, this guy is probably the least sympathetic of them all.
I won’t say I’m happy to see him get injured, but I don’t have one iota of sympathy for him or for the Jerry Jones-level idiots in the Browns management who gave him such an absurd contract.
Aside from his victims, about the only people in this I feel sorry for are the Browns fanbase.

Around a year ago, we watched the first couple seasons before dropping it in favor of (I think) a WWDITS rewatch.
I loved John Corbett’s radio work, though I never really cared for the music he broadcast or the music of the show itself.
I loved the character who ran the bar and was involved with Shelly in a May-December relationship, and not just because it was the same guy who played Grandpa Big Mike on The Middle.
I hated the doctor. Not like I hated Cersei Lannister, but he was just too whiny for my taste. I didn’t care for Maurice (?) the bigshot former astronaut with no gaydar, he was too much of a blowhard for my taste.
It was a fine show. Not sure I’ll ever be interested in a rewatch though. Overall, I’d rather rewatch What We Do In The Shadows. If I had to name a premium drama show to rewatch, instead of Mad Men I’d probably rewatch Better Call Saul + Breaking Bad.

If Jerruh truly wants the best for his team, he’ll step back from all his duties other than being a grandfather with whatever time he has left on this earth. Otherwise, I’m sure fans of other NFC East teams will continue to enjoy the spectacle of self-sabotage. If only the Yankees, Lakers, Bama, and Duke were this good at shooting themselves in the foot…

I just finished the season finale of Bad Monkey.
It was well worth the time spent and I encourage anyone with access to an apple tv+ login to consider it. Similar to a Hot Fuzz set in the Florida Keys, with the difference that the protagonist is a local instead of a transplant. There are still a lot of colorful local characters.
It was a single season of 10 episodes, based on a book. The author of said book apparently has, among his lengthy bibliography, at least one other novel featuring this same protagonist with an unknown number of the side characters. Not a sequel or a prequel, but another story in the same universe.
At first I was unhappy with how some of the characters plot lines resolved, but in hindsight they get endings that make sense within the universe.
I would absolutely be up for a rewatch in a year or so.
