Why this kind of service needs to be a mobile app? Why not a web app?

Today I used Bing Chat to get some simple batch code. The two answers I got were wrong. But in each response the reference link had the correct answer. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Verdade. Os brasileiros embora tenham as suas pequenas comunidades, são bastante idênticos aos portugueses. Integram-se bem.

Estranho é quando outros povos vem para cá e ficam isolados. Ninguém ganha com isso.
