Pagecache doesn’t count towards used ram.
Uninstall ram sticks to not waste them.
Yes it won’t count used ram. But the other person has a “feeling” that linux uses the same ram even when he quit the apps. So that may count.
Use RAM efficiently. There is no point in freeing all ram
