Developed by Meta-owned Camouflaj (Iron Man VR) and published by its Oculus Studios, Batman: Arkham Shadow marks the second VR entry in the Arkham series, following 2016’s Arkham VR from Rocksteady Studios. “Evil stalks the streets. Gotham City is in danger. And you’re the only one who can save it,” states Meta. The teaser trailer doesn’t reveal any gameplay footage but more details will be announced at Summer Game Fest on June 7 at 2pm PT.

I dunno man. The Quest is the most active and popular platform for VR right now.

And I don’t think it’s fair to assume all these studios they bought would still be publishing big polished games for every platform in 2024.

I think half of them would have given up on VR already. It’s a tough place to be profitable. And again, I don’t think these studios would have turned PCVR into something as big as Meta Horizon VR just on their quality and merit.

I hate the quality delta between mobile VR and PCVR as much as the next guy. But I really don’t think exclusivity is killing VR.

I wouldn’t say killing VR but it does suck that the biggest VR enthusiasts that baught big machines to run all the next gen VR games have no next gen games to play and every big games are mobile games and all exclusives. I would love to play the PSVR2 exclusives as well btw not just the meta exclusives.

I totally agree. Meta should be doing what Sony is doing with PC games, at least.

And I hope the rumors of Sony jumping on PCVR come true.
