Lol yes it’s my fault that the plastic just deteriorates out of nowhere. And not because Apple uses shit material. All my other cables never break or fall apart. Apple cables are the only cables that do that.
@IWantToFuckSpez@octalfudge@dan@Windows_95 you know, Apple cables external part biodegrades over time. It’s on purpose, so they don’t stay as waste for hundreds of years. The best thing you can do to keep them from starting biodegradation is to not exposing them to direct sunlight too much. That and storing them properly. They are braiding them now because the braiding can be recycled, and the plastic part won’t biodegrade until they recycle them.

I have 30 pin iPod cables from the 3rd gen era that I use to this day. These things don’t just self destruct.
