It’s better parked than most cars I’ve seen along there, with room to get past without any fear of being doored. It’s not ideal but I give it a pass.
It’s not legally a bike lane either because it isn’t marked correctly (a painted white bike symbol isn’t enough), but regardless, any bike lane that allows parking is a bike lane in name only.
I appreciate the memorial, but parking a trailer in a bike lane seems like a good way to put bikes in the path of cars.

Fair enough. These are intricacies that I wouldn’t pick up on, not living in Brisbane.
I think part of the commentary is that a bike gets removed from the bike lane but a trailer doesn’t.
