A café owner from B.C.'s Lower Mainland has filed a human rights complaint alleging her former landlord tried to pressure her into having a sexual relationship in exchange for reduced rent.

To be crystal clear, I’m in no way defending him. She had to close her shop because of this and should be paid damages, and regardless of why he’s acting this way he should no longer be in a position of authority as a landlord as he’s abusive to his tenants.
