I like to do visualisation kinda stuff in my head, but it really is not something that helps with any kind of sensory overload stuff. It helps managing obsessive thoughts and emotional states a little bit (and I enjoy visualising things in my head a lot which is probably the main reason lol), but that’s about it - doesn’t help with sensory overload. That’s way more visceral >.<
