    Get into riding daily and get a road bike. It will change your life. Daily endurance exercise will force your hormones and circadian rhythm into a stable state.

      I do this every day during seasons when I can. Winter is when the walls really start to close in. I wish I lived in a place that was hot and sunny all year round.
