I’d say it’s generally good advice, but incomplete. Keep your temper under control, yes, but then deal with the issue that caused your temper to flare. If you’re just holding on to the anger then no.
Yeah. Pretty much my thoughts. Anger serves a purpose. And there are definitely people out there whose problem is not expressing their anger enough. (See Schizoid Personality Disorder, for instance.)
