Set your settings to share with nobody. Pretty sure this guy is whining just to whine.

I don’t think this post is correct. It only prevents seeing the last time if you yourself are not sharing it. this doesn’t allow you to see people who have opt’d out of sharing the last seen setting, it just allows you to see last seen for people who have allowed it without requiring yourself to turn your own last seen setting on.
