Last year was pretty crazy. The gym I went to became very overcrowded in January. I kept waiting for it to go back to normal after all the resolution crowd stopped following their resolutions, but it never did! Finally in October I cancelled my membership and joined a gym that was 10 minutes further from my house, because the original gym was ridiculously over-sold. I’d have to wait 15 minutes for any equipment every time I changed stations, and it turned a 1.5 hour workout into a 3 hour workout. Good for all those people for sticking to their resolutions, but sheesh! A gym that all the members actually attend is too crowded!
What about February when people still have a membership but aren’t coming in?
Even better!

Why do you think they make them so hard to cancel?
