You should have these options. If you don’t then check to see if you need to update the app in the play store. You can see I added an example note to you on my end.
It’s so simple you’ll feel dumb:
Click on the three dots to the right of my comment. Next to the reply arrow.
Select Add Note.
You can do it from a comment, a post, and a profile.
I don’t see an Add Note, only message, Show Report Dialog, Block user, save, and view source
