Was out riding and got to one of these wooden walkways over a wet area and then my bike went away from underneath me.

      I used to ride a ton on snow and ice. My rear brakes wore out 3x faster than my front. I also got in the habit of standing up for a quick exit if needed whenever I needed to hit the brakes.

      Funniest one I did was on an ice patch and the bike slid out from under me. I step out of it and slid across the ice on my feet. I got an applause from car driver who happens to see it happen.

      And for using the front brake…
