In terms of social interactions there is a position of privilege I’m in. I have experienced gay coworkers and acquaintances being mistreated. My wife is great. We just moved into this housing coop and I’ve been working on little improvements. She’s short so I ordered some low cabinets and countertop so she doesn’t struggle to cook stuff, and seeing how happy it made her is very satisfying.
