Government: “we are going to hold am inquiry to hold those responsible to account” Those responsible: “well ok but we’re not going to cooperate” Government: “damn. Checkmate” But probably they don’t really want to hold anyone to account, because then they might have to be held to account later on…

Why is accountability not enforced for these guys??
