As a German, I apologise for not being able to vote on the previous governments. Merkel brought stability but also a certain sense of apathy regarding fossils - the current legislature has to maneuver through various crises as well as bring this country up to speed regarding renewables, grids, traffic etc. . If it were easy to just switch to 100% renewables we probably wouldn’t be having a diskussion about this.
