To the contrary, the record evidence points to more consumer access to Call of Duty and other Activision content. The motion for a preliminary injunction is therefore DENIED.
Sony has bought exactly 1 existing game of note, Destiny, and neither it or Bungies next game going to be Playstation exclusives.
Microsoft has bought all of Zennimax and will be taking all future games off Playstation.
So I don’t know what you’re basing your points on.
