About to head back to the city but couldn’t resist my curiosity for one of these local sausage rolls before I go. lol just saw a regular youngish Melton family come out of the bakery… ex-local footy legend type and a pub princess, with their 2 little rat tail haired kids around 5 or 6 years old. I thought “I bet one of them is named Jackson or similar”, then the dad called out to one “Jackson!”. I know my home town.
@[email protected] excellent call on the sausage rolls from that bakery. Very much home made style. They actually remind me a lot of the sausage rolls my ex used to make, which is fine because I liked them and her very much at the time.

I think you’ll find it’s Jayxcon, pronounced Jackson.
