Sorry for the late message but we don’t really use regular transfers for outings, we use the bizum system, which I think that is a Spain only thing, where the app of every bank has some sort of panel where you can send money to people on your contacts based on their phone number if they have it registered, and you send the money to their bank account without knowing their IBAN or anything.
Oh wait. The US has fees if you transfer immediately. Outside of 2-3 days is free. I thought you guys were saying the immediate transfers are free.

That’s pretty cool. So it’s basically Venmo, but government backed? Pretty handy.
