    Hope this finally solves the issue of poor PC ports that have bene plaguing Steam. Glad to see the government step in with funding to address this.

          I think it depends, if something is reporting on legislative action then a press release is not propaganda. If the press release is just making promises without mentioning specific acts or laws or legislation, then it is propaganda.

            It doesn’t depend. A press release is not “news” it’s propaganda. There is zero neutrality or even premise of neutrality. There is zero opposition to what is being said.

            You may agree with the propaganda. You may like it. It may even be true. But it’s still propaganda.

            There is no less reliable source of information than a press release.
