BCC public service makes sure everyone knows we are entirely inclusive, great organisation.

That’s good to know! Only watching the politicians in charge can really leave you with some bad impressions of BCC, because often there’s a sense that they have no interest in actually doing the right thing. It’s nice to know that the public service behind the scenes is often better.

I’m not great fans of schrinner and the lot, but yes the public service is honestly great and very strong in enforcing Code of Conduct. There’s a separate department for ethical violations to regular HR stuff, which seems quite strong on the surface, not that I’ve had any problems working there.

I can barely see it, they should have made more.

Still… It’s a journey begins with a thousand steps, and this is one in the right direction.

The fact that it’s hard to see is more an artefact of the wide view angle of the camera. When you’re walking past on the ground it’s much more obvious.

I thought about using a longer lens to get something closer to the human eye and emphasise the flag more, but I thought it better to show off the whole of the building. And it was just a very quick snap on my walk from the bus to the office, so I didn’t have time to put too much thought into it.

Glad to see we’ve progresses to this point. We’re a better society when we accept and celebrate diversity.

Totally unrelated, but is it true this building is sinking? Or is that like an urban legend?
