There’s something weird going on with tajin. I like the basic idea of it, salt, chilli powder, some cayenne for heat, pepper, garlic, onion, maybe some lime/lemon. But there is something extra in tajin that doesn’t mix well with my taste buds.

Could be brand based. Some have more loose plastic/arsenic/rat feces than others.
I love when my food has extra arsenic personally.
So, ditto. Something is different about the pre packaged “tajin”.
