When I was in 3rd grade they pumped me so full of Concerta that I immediately became silent in class, so silent I lost most of my friends that knew me as the talkative class clown, and stunted my social ability lasting to this day 25 years later. Not saying this is the norm, just saying it is indeed a possibility

I’m not anymore, but I spent 5 years on Vyvanse/Adderall. I didn’t notice any changes and no one else commented on it. I just felt more focused.
Agreed, I don’t know why people worry about pills changing their personality, so long as it’s changed for the better.

Meds definitely change mine. My wife will sometimes notice I’ve forgotten to take my medication before I do.
I like both versions of me, but their usefulness is task dependent.
