Paramount Parks shut down way back in 2006, so if they don’t want to try to re-enter that space (which I think would be financially…unwise), partnering with existing parks is probably the best move.
It’s pretty odd that an NBCUniversal event is bringing two Paramount Global fandoms (D&D, Star Trek).

They have Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox properties already. I mean at the park as permanent attractions.
