(Averages out the two margins. Top to bottom is descending for Trump and ascending for Democrat). This doesn’t factor in tilt direction(Virginia would be a few spots higher) or third party influence(which probably cost New Mexico a spot)

      Nebraska and Maine are the two states that assign Electoral College votes by congressional district, so even though Trump won Nebraska, there was 1 district that went to Biden. Reverse that for Maine, Biden won the state, Trump won one district.
