Can confirm. I was the subject of a focussed study where I cooked and ate green chicken curry every night for 12 months. I loved it. Still love it. Probably couldn’t do it again though on account of family members I’ve picked up since then saying things like I don’t like it, it’s boring, we had it last night etc…sigh
Whoa, 365 nights of the same meal?? I love green curry chicken, but that sounds horrific! I think I’d be an exceptionally bad candidate for those studies. I need variety.
there have been studies!!
It’s not boring to eat the same food.
It helps reduce stress as there is one less choice to make a day and people learn to enjoy a reduced menu.
