As someone who has handled a very similar looking weapon in the military, they are indeed single use. Though the used ones can be used for training. It’s important than one can “unfold” one very quickly
Edit: it was the M72A5 I dealt with. Never got to shot an actual one though, just a tracer one.
And I also was in charge of a simulator where you could shoot those things!

From what I understand, yes. I don’t pretend to be an expert on stuff like this but I could swear I’ve heard that those things can’t be reused
