Wanting to talk to women, a man hatched a plan to soil their clothes with a mixture of his urine and flour so that he could have an opportunity to break the ice between them and him.
On June 20, Tan Jun Hao, a 31-year-old Malaysian, was fined $1,200 after he pleaded guilty to using criminal force on one of the women.
He followed a 26-year-old woman as she was going up an escalator from Nicoll Highway MRT station at around 8.30pm on April 9.
He then squirted the mixture, which he had earlier mixed in a small plastic bottle, on her dress as she was walking along a nearby overhead bridge.
Instead of stopping to talk to the woman after that, he walked past her.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Yap Jia Jun said: "The accused intended to squirt the mixture on the clothes of ladies, especially young ladies wearing dark-coloured bottoms, and then alert them that their clothes had been dirtied.
“He wanted to create opportunities for him to talk to these ladies.”

Let’s suppose intentionally dirtying a random woman’s clothes is not an absurdly bad plan of opening a conversation and it actually works, I dont think using his own piss has any positive effect on the outcome and can only be some hidden power fantasy. He wanted them to have his piss on them.
Maybe some “alpha male” influencer gave him the idea that that’s how you project an aura of power and dominance?

If that was the original intent, then he would’ve used water, not urine. That’s definitely some weird kink thing where he probably wanted them to rub it off and thus touching his urine.
One thing I could imagine is him having some sort of neurodivergence and maybe even a learning disability, which may have lead to him reading about somethin about pheromones in urine or something. Not defending him, he’d still be responsible for his actions, and not claiming that is what happened, how would I know, but the bizzarre nature - including him then not being able to actually do the talking to her - leaves that open as at least a possible explanation of what happened in my gut reaction.

Sounds more like he was trying to mark them, if not punish them for not speaking to him first. Why use urine (water???) and flour? Did this guy really think a girl is gonna swoon over the guy that squirted her with piss paste? I think he just made up an excuse when he got caught.
This dude mixed a personal semen analogue, using his own bodily fluids (likely because real semen doesn’t stay the right consistency very long and there probably wouldn’t be enough to attack multiple women with), to squirt on women and then not talk to them, and they are framing it as an attempt to chat them up?
He’s clearly being a sex pest. The next time he does this (and there will be since he only got a fine and some bad pr) I hope he gets some real consequences.
