Yeah I now wake up every day between 5:30 and 6:30 pretty naturally. I reckon as long as you get up and do some basic wake up thing you can then go back to bed and not wreck the habit. I do that on weekends.
Managed to wake up, but feel really sick. Back to bed for an hour or so. Still a success
