Dein Shrinkflations Beispiel ist aus mehreren Gründen unpassend:
Es ist ein zusammengesetztes Wort. Als solches hat es immer das Geschlecht des letzten Teilworts. Hier die Inflation.
Inflation stammt aus dem lateinischen und Latein hat ebenfalls eine Trennung in drei Genera. Lehnwörter aus dem Latein haben von dort das Geschlecht geerbt.
Alle Wörter die auf -ation enden sind immer feminin (Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel). Auch hier ist die Ursache die lateinische Herkunft. Ration, Nation, Inflation, Deduktion, Meditation oder auch Vibration. Aber selbst wenn ich mir ein Wort ausdenken würde, würde ein deutsch Muttersprachler ein die davor setzen: Fedditation, Vibetaton, Furunkelausdrückation.
Warum jetzt vibe männlich ist kann ich dir nicht sagen. Aber bei dem Wort ist das denke ich weniger aufgrund einer Regel. Würde ich meine Oma fragen ob es der die oder das vibe heißt könnte sie das nicht beantworten. Sie würde nur ‘hä?’ fragen. Ich glaube da hat sich der durchgesetzt weil das halt mal irgendwer so gesagt hat und alle anderen das nachplappern. Und weil das ein recht junges ‘neudeutsches’ Wort ist gibts da auch nicht wirklich nen Grund für irgendwen das ändern zu müssen.

Are you really that dillusional that you think that the only casualties are the people who died in the incident? Hundreds of peoples suffered from cancer and other long term effects alone in chernobyl. The area is still hazardous to people (as some ‘clever’ Russian invaders just proofed two years ago)

Belarus is part of the big grey blob in the east of the map (alongside Ukraine and Russia). So the map doesn’t state anything about Belarus’ opinion on the topic.
