Bill Nelson, the Administrator of NASA, congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on its successful soft landing of the lunar satellite, Chandrayaan-3. Nelson expressed NASA's pleasure in being a partner on this mission. NASA, as the leading space agency, has its own missions to reach the moon, including the Artemis program.
