Surely this means Edu, Garlick and co are now very confident we will get Raya.
Makes sense for all parties I think. We get to seize the opportunity and grab Raya, Forest get a good keeper that’s not on loan for once, and Turner gets to start games in the PL so he can solidify his place in the USMNT given Slonina is gonna be knocking on his door soon enough.
