    I don’t know, the IWI Tavor with eotech is pretty sexy. Sounds like the trigger is a little mushy still, though. With trench warfare becoming popular again, having a shorter rifle, without compromising on barrel length, seems like a good idea. Don’t know about the reliability, though.

      I wouldn’t worry about reliability. The problem with bullpups has always been ergonomics. Lots of peogress has been made there, but there will always be a tradeoff. Anyway, the Tavor is not very accurate, which is fine for its intended role, but most western militaries aren’t interested in Soviet AK-class accuracy. It’s much more suited to door-kicking than trench warfare.

        I’d think the reliability would be really important considering all the mud. Your points super valid too, though.
