Could I still achieve a euphoric high while vaping Sour Diesel in a 1:1 ratio with CBD flower?

Currently I have 2 vapes (Vapcap M 2021(with a low temp cap) and Xmax V3 Pro) and I’m struggling to get that euphoric mind high. (also I tried vaping it without adding the CBD flower, the effects were almost the same)

Could it be that I’m vaping it at temps that are too low? I could get a good mind high with a indica when I smoked it.
