Police say a man will face misdemeanor charges after he stormed into the press area at Donald Trump’s rally in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, before being surrounded by authorities as the former president spoke at the campaign stop.
The altercation came moments after Trump criticized major media outlets for what he said was unfavorable coverage and dismissed CNN as fawning for its interview Thursday with his Democratic rival Kamala Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz.
It appears the man was going after members of the press, not Trump.
No, it will be a while before that’s resolved. Jack Smith isn’t wanting for lack of evidence. In fact he just had to re-indict with less evidence because the Supreme Court decided you can’t use evidence where a president is acting officially, even while he commits any crime he wants. Trump is playing the clock on this one, hoping he gets elected and can force the Department of Justice to drop the case entirely.

Have the whole “trump incited Jan 6th” legal cases been resolved?
Seems like more evidence of trump inciting followers to violence.
I’d also hate to be a freelance media person. On one hand, the danger-money will be good for a while. On the other hand… Trump and Trumpers.
