Saw a recipe for Grilled Peach pizza and made my own rendition with the White Nectarines I already had. So here is my- Nectarine prosciutto pizza with Swiss, Gruyère and Brie cheese and a balsamic/honey drizzle.

      To serve it to my family. What a stupid question. And NO there were no forks involved because the crust was perfectly crispy. The comments here are very “Reddit” of you all. I’d say do better but I can already tell you’re not capable.

      I may be inclined to try it just to compare flavors and crust but this was absolutely delicious as is.
